September is the PERFECT time to kick off Let's Grow Module 1: "Getting to Know Each Other"

In this exciting module, we dive into key topics that help children build self-awareness and connections.  

This module is specifically designed to help children settle in as they start the school year, supporting them through what can sometimes be a daunting experience. It’s ideal for aiding the integration and socialisation process, especially when children are around new faces - making September the perfect time to utilise these resources! 

Throughout seven engaging sessions, children will meet and care for an adorable family of baby fruits and vegetables, while exploring their own identity and immersing themselves in the world of Let’s Grow. Each session is introduced by Bob, Flo, and the babies, making it a fantastic way to collect important baseline data for each child and help them feel comfortable in their new learning environment.

All About Me with Oz the Baby Courgette:
In this session, children explore identity, similarities, and differences with Oz the Courgette through painting, games, and playful experiences. Discover what makes everyone unique while celebrating self-expression, confidence, and individuality.

Feelings with Peep the Baby Cauliflower:
In this session, children explore emotions, confidence, and empathy with Peep the Cauliflower through storytelling, movement, and imaginative play. Help Peep feel comfortable while learning about kindness, friendships, and expressing feelings.

Favourite Things with Dilly & Dally the Baby Peppers:
In this session, children celebrate their favourite things through treasure hunts, games, and hands-on exploration. Explore individuality, imagination, and preferences while making discoveries, sharing ideas, and developing teamwork and curiosity.

My Journey with Hoola the Baby Pineapple:
In this session, children explore their local journeys to and experiences with Hoola the Pineapple through maps, sounds, role-play, and discovery. Celebrate everyday adventures while developing imagination, communication, and a sense of connection to the world around them.

Special People with Dug the Baby Potato:
In this session, children celebrate the special people in their lives with Dug the Potato, through stories, role-play, and thoughtful activities. Explore relationships, kindness, and connection while developing empathy and social understanding.

Looking After Me with Babs the Baby Watermelon and the Teeny Toms:
In this session, children explore self-care, hygiene, and kindness with Babs and the Teeny Toms through role-play, sensory exploration, and discovery. Learn how to look after themselves and others in a fun, playful way.

Moving On with Bob, Flo and the Baby Fruits & Veggies:
In this session, children celebrate friendships and memories with Bob, Flo, and the babies through games, storytelling, and party preparations. Reflect on shared experiences while exploring teamwork, creativity, and the excitement of new adventures.
